1). okay lovelies, you know the drill. absolutely no racial, homophobic, or pornographic material on here. kay? its just not cool, not to mention against pb rules.
2). as cool as those non-template sites are, THIS ISN'T ONE. this isn't meant to torture you and scare you off but rather to help you delve deeper into your character and help us see what he/she is about. however, its short - i promise.
3). after registering, your display name must be changed. if should be your character's first middle and last name. you can squeak by with the middle initial if you feel so inclined. only if you are using a famous/historical angel, demon, etc may you get away with the first name only(lucifer, abbaddon, etc.). the admin are more than capable of changing this for you if you are incompetent but we'd really feel proud if you could manage it on your own.
4). this is a literate rpg and guess what, we do have a word count. our word count is set at 300 words - no exceptions! this is an easy standard to meet and if you can't make that, clearly this isn't the site for you. every now and then you're going to have an off day but don't make it a habit. oh yeah, and spell check is a beautiful thing.
5). we have no limit to the amount of characters you wish to have but lets keep things reasonable. we'd rather have you with two super active characters than four that aren't active at all. also, pay attention to the ratio. if you have three girls, i think its time for you to make a boy. we don't need all that estrogen running around here or things get crazy.
6.) no one is perfect, besides, perfect is fucking boring. please don't make your characters perfect because frankly, no one will want to rp with them. there's a difference between being perfect and acting perfect.
7). lets say you're soooo set on using kstew or sofia bush and if you simpy can't have her, well, you won't join the site. c'mon, don't let this place pass you up. try using someone else for once. there are hundreds of pbs so don't get upset over one. the only way you can have two people with the same face is if there are twins.
8). keep in mind that this is a supernatural rpg. see how i said supernatural and not twilight. i hate twilight, like really hate it. that's fine if you absolutely live your life by it but don't bring twilight here. go ahead and use kstew or rob pat and have them in a relationship. i don't care. but this is not twilight, nor will it ever be. also, try to follow the guidelines of the species as closely as possible. small alterations are fine but don't go changing it up drastically.
9). we all have lives but if you're going to join, its only respectful that you stay active. getting on every other day or even three times a week is better than not being on at all. its disappointing when you work hard on a thread/plot and then you have to wait four or five days for another person to get it going.
10). this site is mature. that means you should be of proboards user age (13) and be able to have a mature conversation. don't come in here if you're going to be a baby and whine about everything.
11). and of course, have fun - that's what the site was made for.
